We send three candidate profiles, not fifteen. Each one is assessed against the brief, the team, and the likely motivations of the candidate. Hiring managers spend less time reviewing and more time deciding.

We say it before it's a problem

If the brief is off, we say so. If the market can't supply what you're asking for at that remuneration, you'll hear it early — before the search drags and the role goes stale.
